Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage multiple civil and construction projects from planning to execution.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, vendors, and site teams to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Prepare project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
  • Monitor on-site work to ensure safety compliance and adherence to design specifications.
  • Manage procurement, material planning, and contractor billing.
  • Resolve technical issues and provide on-ground leadership to ensure project success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum
    6+ years of experience
    in civil or infrastructure project management.
  • Proven experience handling residential, commercial, or urban development projects.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project / Primavera / AutoCAD).
