Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead and manage our civil construction projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to deliver projects within time, quality, and budget constraints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage all phases of civil construction projects.
- Oversee site activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules and safety standards.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Prepare and review project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
- Manage procurement, resource allocation, and cost control.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
- Resolve project-related issues promptly and effectively.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
Desired Skills:
- Qualification: B.Tech Civil
- Required Experience: Minimum 5 years
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.
- Sound knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
