Lifestyle Ambassador

Description:

As a Lifestyle Ambassador at Priya Living, you will play a pivotal role in curating and enhancing the lifestyle experience of our community guests. This role focuses on building strong relationships with guests, anticipating their needs, and ensuring they enjoy an enriched and seamless experience through creative programming and community engagement. You will serve as a brand ambassador, promoting our values, mission, and lifestyle offerings, and work closely with various departments to ensure a top-tier living experience for all Priya Living guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform opening/closing side duties as assigned and set all tables according to standards and procedures.
• Deliver F&B services in accordance with departmental standards and procedures.
• Ensure table settings, cleanliness, and side station preparation as per workstation assigned prior to the start of operation.
• Greet all patrons warmly upon arrival and escort them to the table.
• Ensure that all food & beverage are served according to service standards.
• Apply necessary precautions with regards to food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP).
• Pick up and serve food and beverage orders promptly to maintain the correct temperature and quality.
• Remember individual patron's names and preferences to provide personalized service.
• Promote and upsell food and beverage offers at every available opportunity to maximize sales revenue.
• Cross-sell other dining venues when the outlet is full.
• Thank all patrons for their visit upon departure.
• Clear and tidy up tables promptly after guest departures.
• Collect food and beverage supply requisition and ensure stock is as per requisition.
• Report any complaints, incidents, or irregularities to management.
• Assist other Food & Beverage outlets during peak times or when required.
• Maintain complete knowledge of all F&B services, contents & preparation methods, outlets, and hotel services/features.
• Be well-versed in hotel fire & life safety/emergency procedures.
• Attend all briefings, meetings, and training as assigned by management.
• Report for duty on time, always wearing a clean and complete uniform.
• Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene.
• Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the Management of the Hotel.

Key Responsibilities in Community Engagement & Lifestyle Management:

• Act as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming and engaging atmosphere.
• Plan, organize, and execute creative community events and programs to enhance guests engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing and events team to develop innovative lifestyle experiences.
• Address guests' concerns with empathy and provide timely solutions.
• Monitor guests feedback and trends to improve service offerings continuously.
• Facilitate communication between guests and different departments to resolve any concerns efficiently.
• Provide concierge-style services to guests, assisting with personalized requests.
• Foster a sense of community by creating opportunities for social interaction and engagement.
• Assist in onboarding new guests, ensuring they feel integrated into the community.
• Actively promote Priya Living's lifestyle philosophy and mission.

Experience:

• Minimum 2-3 years in customer service, community engagement, hospitality, or lifestyle management.
• Experience in an office-based role with a focus on community management or experiential living is a plus.
