Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop content strategies that connect with buyers, investors, and the community.
  • Write engaging scripts, screenplays, and storytelling-driven content for digital campaigns, reels, ads, and events.
  • Act as brand ambassador on video content, bringing energy and personality to the company's messaging.
  • Collaborate with design, sales, and marketing teams to ensure consistent and impactful brand voice.
  • Research market trends and audience behavior to deliver highly relevant, persuasive content.
  • Experiment with creative formats (reels, podcasts, blogs) to build strong engagement.

  • Proven experience in content writing, scriptwriting, or storytelling (real estate or lifestyle brands a plus).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable being on camera.
