Job Title: Content Creator (Female)

Location: Lakhotia College of Design, Hyderabad

About the Role:

Lakhotia College of Design is seeking a creative, confident, on-camera female Content Creator to be the face of our brand on Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be skilled in video creation, editing, and social media management, with the ability to present confidently on camera.

Key Responsibilities:On-Camera Content Creation

  • Be the face of the brand for reels, interviews, vlogs, campus tours, student stories, and promotional videos.
  • Shoot high-quality reels, shorts, and long-format videos regularly.
  • Present topics clearly, confidently, and engagingly.

Video Production & Editing

  • Shoot and edit videos for Instagram and YouTube using professional editing software.
  • Add transitions, effects, subtitles, and music to make content engaging.
  • Maintain consistent brand style and quality across all video formats.

Social Media Management

  • Manage and grow Instagram & YouTube channels.
  • Plan, schedule, and upload posts, stories, reels, and video content.
  • Track insights, optimize content strategy, and engage with the audience.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and monthly content plans.

Creative Strategy

  • Develop ideas for creative reels, trending concepts, and brand storytelling.
  • Capture behind-the-scenes moments, events, workshops, and student activities.
  • Collaborate with designers, faculty, and students for content opportunities.

Requirements

  • Female candidate only.
  • Strong on-camera presence and confidence.
  • Experience in video creation, video editing, and social media content.
  • Good command of English, Hindi, and/or Telugu.
  • Knowledge of editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, VN, etc.) preferred.
  • Creativity, trend awareness, and understanding of youth-oriented content.
  • Ability to shoot using phone/gimbal or basic camera equipment.
