We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support our IT team. In this role, you will help manage and organize tasks, schedules, and communication for various IT projects. You will work closely with project managers, developers, and clients to ensure everything runs smoothly and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and scheduling IT projects
  • Track project progress and update relevant stakeholders
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take notes
  • Maintain project documents and reports
  • Help communicate between technical teams and clients
  • Ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget
  • Identify and report issues or delays to the Project Manager

Required Skills :

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Basic understanding of IT systems and software
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Familiarity with project management tools (like Jira, Trello, or MS Project) is a plus
