We are expanding our reach in the local market and are looking for energetic, outgoing individuals to join us as Field Marketing Interns.

As a Field Marketing Intern, you will be the face of our brand on the ground. You will interact with small shop owners, introduce them to our products/services, and support them in adopting our solutions. This role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and comfort with on-field interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit small shops, retailers, and local businesses daily to promote our offerings.
  • Build and maintain relationships with shop owners.
  • Collect feedback, insights, and requirements from shopkeepers.
  • Distribute marketing material (flyers, posters, standees, etc.) in assigned areas.
  • Assist in organizing and executing small local marketing campaigns.
  • Track visits and maintain daily/weekly reports of field activities.
  • Represent the company in a professional and approachable manner at all times.

Requirements

  • Current student or recent graduate (Marketing/Business preferred, but not mandatory).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable with fieldwork, traveling within the city.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to speak the local language(s) is a strong plus.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.
