Serapher Life Care Private Limited is a professionally managed pharmaceutical company committed to delivering high-quality healthcare products across India. We specialize in PCD Pharma Franchise business, offering a wide product portfolio and strong business support to our partners.

Job Role & Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential distributors, retailers & pharma professionals.
  • Explain company product line and PCD Pharma franchise business model.
  • Identify and generate new franchise leads.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and convert them into franchise associates.
  • Maintain call logs, inquiry data, and daily lead reports.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for closures and support existing partners.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience in Telecalling / Inside Sales preferred.
  • Experience in Pharma PCD / Pharma Sales will be an added advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation & convincing skills.
  • Should be goal-oriented, confident & disciplined.
  • Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Email & MS Office.

Qualification:

  • 12th / Graduate (Any Stream)
  • Pharma background preferred but not mandatory.

Salary & Benefits:

  • ₹10,000 – ₹18,000/month (based on experience) + Incentives + Performance Bonus
  • Friendly work environment

Working Hours:

  • 10 AM to 6 PM (Monday to Saturday)
