Job Summary:

We are hiring Telecalling Executives to handle outbound calls and engage with potential or existing customers to promote our products/services, follow up on inquiries, and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database
  • Explain products/services clearly and persuasively
  • Generate leads and fix appointments for the sales team
  • Follow up with interested prospects and maintain call records
  • Maintain positive relations with customers and resolve queries
  • Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets

Required Skills:

  • Good verbal communication in Hindi and/or English
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools preferred)
  • Polite, confident, and target-driven
  • Quick learner with a persuasive tone
  • Ability to handle rejection and keep calling

Qualification:

  • 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream)
  • Prior experience in tele-sales or customer service is a plus
  • Fresher with good communication skills are welcome

Salary: As per industry standards
