Role Description

We are seeking Store Directors (Store Managers) for our flagship stores in Gachibowli, Hyderabad — passionate leaders who combine operational excellence with a deep obsession for customer delight.

As a Store Director, you will lead your store like an entrepreneur — driving performance, motivating and coaching your team, and creating unforgettable customer experiences that set new standards in eyewear retail.

Key Responsibilities


• Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team dedicated to delivering exceptional in-store experiences.


• Drive sales growth through customer-centric strategies, operational excellence, and data-driven decision-making.


• Leverage technology and digital tools to enhance customer journeys and ensure seamless omnichannel integration.


• Maintain impeccable store presentation, visual merchandising, and brand standards.


• Foster a performance-driven culture built on accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.


• Monitor key metrics — from NPS to sales targets — ensuring goals are met and exceeded.


• Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to execute new pilots, product launches, and brand initiatives.

Qualifications


• 4–8 years of proven leadership experience in premium or high-performing retail (optical, lifestyle, or technology preferred).


• Strong track record in customer service excellence and team motivation.


• Tech-savvy mindset and comfort with digital tools, CRM systems, and performance analytics.


• Passion for problem-solving, innovation, and growing beyond targets.


• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.


• Entrepreneurial drive, adaptability, and hunger to grow with a fast-scaling brand.


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field preferred.
