Role : Project Manager(Java).

Job Location : Bangalore.

Interview Mode : 1st Round(Virtual), Final(F2f).

Experience : 10 to 18 Years.

Key Responsibilities :

- Drive planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise-grade product initiatives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, design, QA, customer success) to ensure smooth execution.

- Partner with Product Managers to align project goals with customer and business objectives.

- Manage project timelines, dependencies, and risks to ensure on-time delivery.

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote best practices across distributed/global teams.

- Act as a bridge between engineering teams and enterprise clients/stakeholders.

- Track and report progress, providing transparency to leadership and custom.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

years of experience as a Project Manager in software/product-based companies.

- Strong background in B2B enterprise software delivery (preferably SaaS or cloud-based products).

- Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

- Familiarity with enterprise product ecosystems (Java/Spring, APIs, integrations, databases, cloud).

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills.

- Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Asana).
