Account Executive

Location:
Gandhinagar & Ahmedabad

Position Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented
Account Executive
with at least
1 year of experience
and
Inter CA qualification
. The candidate will be responsible for managing accounting activities, ensuring compliance, and supporting financial reporting processes for our manufacturing and export operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day accounting transactions including sales, purchase, and export documentation.
  • Maintain accurate books of accounts as per statutory and company requirements.
  • Assist in preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly closing activities.
  • Support taxation, GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
  • Monitor accounts receivables/payables and coordinate with clients and vendors.
  • Manage export-related financial documentation (invoice, packing list, bank reconciliation, LC, etc.).
  • Collaborate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry in ERP/accounting software.
  • Provide financial support to management for decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education:
    Inter CA / CA Intermediate qualified.
  • Experience:
    Minimum 1 year of accounting experience (preferably in manufacturing/export industry).
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and financial reporting.
  • Familiarity with export documentation and banking procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally/ERP preferred).
  • Good communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
