**Work**

Internal Audit Market Offering (Risk Advisory) which focuses on Operational and Regulatory Compliance and Process and Controls Advisory in Internal Audit.

**Preferred background**:

- CA / Inter CA Preferred 0- Fresher Will be Preferred
- Working with any of the Organization for at least minimum 1 or 2-Years for consulting firms hence must require having experience of internal / statutory audits.
- Strong knowledge of processes and systems in their respective area of operations
- Should have the ability to multitask and managing multiple project.
- Strong project management capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal skill and well-spoken.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Debtors control
- Support Manager Factory & Corporate Auditor-CA for Internal Process Audit
- Support for Review monthly branch expenses.
- Payment review for disputed payment
- PI audit which includes review of T&C,Rates, Legal terms
- Payment review for disputed payment
- Review all Branch finished goods and spares stock.
- GST Compliance & Statutory Audit Support
- Audit Internal / Audit TDS Internal
- Financial Reporting
- Accounts Payable
- Professional Tax /TAX Audit
- Direct Tax Accounts Finalization Indirect Taxation
- Review of payment terms of debaters
- Payment follows up with bank, buying house and merchandisers.
- Up-gradation and monitoring of AP process
- Application of direct and indirect taxes, Balance sheet finalization.
- MIS reports
- To carry out other tasks as assigned by management from time to time.
- Direct / Indirect Taxation
- Accounts receivable / Bank reconciliation
- Good communication and Presentation skills are must
- Leading / execution of Internal Audit /Concurrent Audit/Advisory engagements
- Coordination with other service lines within the firm for internal opportunities
- Establishing strong professional relationships with external clients and internal team members
- Supporting the partners in driving select client relationships of the firm
- Taking the lead and responsibility on internal practice improvement initiatives relating to quality, risk, people etc.
- Developing and mentoring teams.

**Experience**:

- Fresh CA or Inter CA or Minimum **1 to 2-Years** of **CA or Inter CA** Experience Must Require.

**Salary**:

- **₹ 2.50 Lakh to ₹ 4.50 Lakh per Annam + GPA Insurance cover of Rs.5-Lakh + PF + Leave Benefits + Others**
