Roles & Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.
  • Manage SEO & SEM strategies to improve website ranking and organic traffic.
  • Oversee Amazon & Flipkart performance marketing campaigns (sponsored ads, display ads, deals & promotions).
  • Lead social media marketing initiatives, collaborating with the Social Media Manager for content & ad campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Amazon Ads dashboard; prepare performance reports.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, remarketing, and push notifications to boost customer engagement.
  • Work with the design & product team to create engaging creatives, festive campaigns, and seasonal offers.
  • Monitor digital trends, competitors, and market insights to recommend innovative growth strategies.
  • Ensure proper budget allocation & ROI optimization across all digital platforms.
  • Guide and mentor junior team members in campaign execution and reporting.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in e-commerce.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, and Marketplace Ads.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon & Flipkart advertising ecosystem.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, Helium10/JungleScout preferred).
  • Knowledge of email marketing & automation tools (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and campaign optimization skills.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
