Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, based in Noida, India. The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and identifying growth opportunities. Daily tasks include developing and executing sales strategies, coordinating with marketing teams, and analyzing market trends to optimize sales efforts. The role also involves training and mentoring sales team members to ensure consistent performance.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Lead Generation
- Experience in Client Relationship Management and Account Handling
- Ability to analyze Market Trends and apply Data-Driven Sales Techniques
- Effective Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Proficiency in Sales CRM tools and related technologies
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Relevant experience in fitness, wellness, or digital marketplaces is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
