Job Title: Key Account Manager (KAM)

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
About the Role:
We are hiring a Key Account Manager to handle our quick commerce platforms. The role focuses on order management, parcel delivery updates, and smooth coordination with platforms and internal teams.
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts on quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc.)
- Track and update parcel deliveries, ensuring timely status communication
- Handle day-to-day platform communications and issue resolution
- Monitor stock, pricing, and order flow
- Support sales growth through platform promotions and campaigns
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's in Business Administration, or Commerce, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce/quick-commerce account management
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good knowledge of platform operations and Excel
