Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
  • 0–2 years of accounting experience (freshers with strong knowledge can also apply).
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and familiarity with accounting software.
  • Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and other compliance processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate accounting records, including data entry of daily transactions in Tally and other accounting software.
  • Assist in accounts payable and receivable processes (vendor bills, customer invoices, and payments).
  • Handle bank reconciliations, petty cash, and journal entries.
  • Prepare and maintain ledgers, vouchers, and supporting documentation.
  • Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance under the supervision of the Senior Accountant.
  • Support monthly and yearly closing activities, including preparation of financial reports.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Production, Sales, and Procurement) for accounting-related matters.
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial data and adhere to company policies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
