Job Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct investor relations activities for listed companies, managing the creation and distribution of key materials including Annual reports, Investor presentations, Investor targeting, Investor FAQs, and fact sheets to enhance shareholder communication.
  2. Conduct in-depth analysis of start-up ventures to evaluate their fund-raising needs, while comprehensively understanding their business models, to provide actionable insights for investment decisions.
  3. Preparation of Financial Model, Pitch Decks, Business plans, Valuation, One pager, Company Profiles, Industry Report, Peer group analysis.
  4. Filtering out the right investors & showcasing the proposals to them and Scheduling & Conducting meetings with them.
  5. Prepare DRHP chapters for SME and Mainboard listings, ensuring compliance and comprehensive presentation of business operations, financials, and risk factors.

Education Qualifications:

CA/CFA level 3/Master's degree in Finance or PGDM with specialization in Finance

Requirements/Qualifications:

The ideal candidate must combine strong financial acumen with excellent financial modeling skills including the ability to understand and formulate business drivers for forecasting. Candidate must have the highest level of ethical integrity and should also possess:

  1. High proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office applications
  2. Strong analytical skills
  3. Excellent communication skills
  4. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple work requirements to meet deadlines
  5. Attention to detail and a high degree of intellectual curiosity
  6. Should be flexible to travel office daily to Oshiwara, Andheri West
