Job Title: Customer Sales Representative – International Inbound Voice Process (US Shift)

About the Job:

We are hiring motivated and customer-focused Customer Sales Representatives for our US Shift – International Inbound Voice Process. The ideal candidate will handle inbound calls, assist customers, and convert inquiries into sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

Customer Sales & Support Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer calls efficiently and professionally.
  • Generate and qualify sales leads through effective communication.
  • Identify, assess, and address customer needs to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Build strong, long-term customer relationships through clear and interactive conversations.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the appropriate tools and systems.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets, KPIs, and call handling metrics.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and update customer accounts.
  • Follow all company communication protocols, quality guidelines, and process standards.

Requirements

  • Strong phone handling skills with excellent active listening ability.
  • Freshers with good command of the English language are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent verbal communication, customer handling, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in US shift timings and deliver high-quality customer service.
  • Prior experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, International Calling, or Sales Process is an added advantage.
