About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Support Executive to manage daily IT operations, asset management, and infrastructure support. You will be the first point of contact for all IT-related issues, ensuring smooth business operations and minimal downtime.
Requirements
:

Provide Technical Support:
Respond to and resolve daily IT support tickets promptly, prioritizing issues to minimize downtime.
•
Manage Hardware
: Troubleshoot and fix issues with laptops, desktops, and other peripherals, and maintain inventory.
•
Maintain Printer Systems
: Keep our printers running smoothly by troubleshooting and resolving common and complex problems.
•
Perform Network Troubleshooting:
Address basic network issues, including connectivity problems and IP conflicts.
•Support Microsoft 365
: Manage user accounts, handle password and MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) resets, and provide support for our Microsoft 365 environment.
•
Assist with Azure:
Perform basic administrative tasks within Azure Active Directory.
•
Document
Processes
: Maintain clear and organized documentation for all IT processes, assets, and support tickets.
•
Collaborate
: Work closely with other teams to ensure a seamless and efficient IT environment.
Technical Skills:
o Proficiency with
Windows OS.
o Familiarity with the
Microsoft 365 Admin Centre
and
Azure Active Directory.
o Strong knowledge of
printers
and p
eripheral devices.
o Basic understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN/Wi-Fi, IP, DNS).
o Asset management, vendor management & Infrastructure Management
