  • Monitor project progress: Track daily operations, ensure work adheres to plans and timelines, and make adjustments as needed.
  • Coordinate stakeholders: Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and senior management to report progress, resolve issues, and provide guidance.
  • Inspect work: Conduct regular site inspections to check the quality of work and ensure it meets project standards and specifications.
  • Maintain records: Keep accurate records of attendance, project progress, and incidents.
