Role Overview The Technical Head will lead the technical division of Parvathi Power Systems overseeing design execution and commissioning of solar power projects in alignment with Tata Power Solar guidelines This role requires in-depth expetise in solar PV technology project management and team leadership ensuring that projects are delivered with high quality safety and efficiency standards Key Responsibilties Lead and manage the technical team across design installtion commissioning and service opertions for solar PV systems roo op ground-mounted Execute site survey and ensure filling up the site survey form Ensure compliance with Tata Power Solar policies standards and quality benchmarks Oversee project planning technical feasibility system sizing and prepartion of BOQs Ensure smooth exection of EPC projects monitoring timelines budgets and resources Provide technical support in pre-sales and business development including site surveys and technical proposals Lead vendor management and seletion of components in line with approved supplier lists Drive innovtion adotion of new technologies and implemention of best pratices in solar engineering Maintain coordintion with Tata Power Solar s technical teams for project approvals audits and escaltions Ensure adherence to all safety protocols statutory requirements and regulatory compliance Train and mentor project engineers site supervisors and technicians to build a strong skilled workforce Key Qualifictions Skills Diploma Bachelor s Master s degree in Electrical Engineering Renewable Energy or related field 3-5 years of experience in solar EPC renewable energy sector with at least 2 years in a leadership role Strong knowledge of solar PV module technology inverters BOS SCADA monitoring systems and storage solutions Proven expertise in handling medium to large-scale and ground-mounted solar projects Excellent project management skills with experience in leading cross-funtional teams Strong understanding of safety standards grid regultions and statutory compliances Ability to liaise effetively with clients consultants and Tata Power Solar teams Strong analtical problem-solving and decision-making abilties Excellent communiction and leadership skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Freelance Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Paid sick time Paid time off Work Location In person
