Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Civil Supervisor located in Tirunelveli. The Civil Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, ensuring compliance with construction plans and specifications, and maintaining quality control standards. The role involves supervising on-site activities, coordinating with various stakeholders, managing site workflows, and ensuring safety protocols are adhered to. The Civil Supervisor will also be required to facilitate effective communication across diverse teams and provide regular progress reports.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills and Site Supervision experience
• On-site operational management and Quality Control proficiency
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively
• Experience in the construction industry is highly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Strong understanding of safety standards and compliance
