Designation: MIS Associate

Job Description:

As a MIS associate you will be the lead formarketing business for Sales Process, Data Analytics and Reporting solutions.Generate and distribute business-critical reports like sell-in& sellout analysis, market share performance, various performance marketing KPIsin accurate and timely manner.Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to Sales & marketing teams with right data points to aide decision makingAnalyze business processes and help in discovering the right automation opportunities for automationSupervising the development of data analytic tools in collaboration with IS team using PowerBI for internal decision makingWork with internal IS teams to maintain the existing  PowerBI dashboardsTraining & onboarding the team on various reports & dashboardsDriving usage of PowerBI as one stop solutions for all data needsMonitor, analyze, and recommend enhancements to existing application/reporting systems and solutions.Collaborate with teams to make Nielsen dashboards and help with Nielsen data analysis.Analyze Panel data and extract insights.Maintain change controls on Veeva Vaults.Liaison with external vendors for PO generation & maintenance.

Skills Required

A deep & working knowledge of Microsoft Excel &PowerBiVeeva Vault, Nielsen & Panel data experience is not mandatory but preferred.Previous experience as Business Analyst, Data analyst,MIS associate, Analytics Associate, BSIStrong Analytical expertise and understanding of data structures along with basic understanding of FMCG businessInterpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment, including cross-functional Project Teams.Good Project Management skills with timely execution of multiple project objectives within established timelines.
