Position: General Manager - Modular Sales - Female
Reporting To Vice President
Experience- Min 15 yrs in Modular Segment
Salary Range- 24 LPA – 28 LPA
Sales Strategy:
Set and manage sales targets for the Modular Segment, ensuring that sales
goals are achieved or exceeded.
Analyse sales performance and customer data to identify trends,
opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Lead the sales team in delivering high-value sales pitches, product
demonstrations, and consultations that appeal to luxury clients.
Drive strategies to increase customer acquisition, retention, and cross-
selling/up-selling of products.
Ensure all sales staff are well-versed in modular furniture design,
customization options, and luxury market trends to enhance customer
service.
Customer Experience & Relationship Management:
Handle high-profile clients and VIP customers personally, ensuring that their
needs and expectations are met or exceeded.
Train staff to engage with clients in a way that fosters long-term relationships,
creating loyalty and repeat business.
Implement feedback systems to continuously improve customer experience
and service quality.
Oversee after-sales services, ensuring timely delivery, installation, and post-
purchase support for modular furniture.
Team Leadership & Development
Lead, mentor, and motivate store staff, from sales associates to managers,
ensuring alignment with the brand's values and high-performance standards.
Conduct regular training sessions to keep the team updated on product
knowledge, luxury customer service techniques, and industry trends.
Implement performance management practices, including setting clear goals,
conducting performance reviews, and offering incentives for exceptional sales
results.
Foster a positive, collaborative, and customer-focused work culture within the
store teams.
Financial & Commercial Acumen
Monitor and manage P&L for the modular sales vertical.
Ensure effective pricing, discounting, and margin management strategies.
Review and approve commercial proposals and client contracts.
Reporting & Performance Management
Provide regular updates to the senior management on sales performance, market
trends, and key challenges.
Use data-driven insights for continuous improvement and agile decision-making
Operations & Execution Oversight
Ensure seamless coordination between design, production, logistics, and
installation teams to deliver projects on time.
Streamline order-to-delivery processes, with a strong focus on quality and
timelines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹2,400, ₹2,800,000.00 per year
