Business Development Officer

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced BDO. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, and driving the achievement of sales targets. This role requires a strong understanding of the real estate market, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and targets.
- Manage, train, and mentor a team of real estate sales agents.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Generate and convert leads through strategic marketing and networking.
- Oversee property listings, client interactions, and transaction processes.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and follow-ups.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align business goals.
- Ensure compliance with real estate laws, policies, and regulations.
Qualification:
- Any degree in business or related fields
- 2 years of expirience in sales (preffered)
- Strong leadership,organizational, and communication skill required
- Strong negotiation and problem solving skill
