We are looking for a dynamic and experienced BDO. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, and driving the achievement of sales targets. This role requires a strong understanding of the real estate market, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and targets.
  • Manage, train, and mentor a team of real estate sales agents.
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
  • Generate and convert leads through strategic marketing and networking.
  • Oversee property listings, client interactions, and transaction processes.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and follow-ups.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with real estate laws, policies, and regulations.

Qualification:

  • Any degree in business or related fields
  • 2 years of expirience in sales (preffered)
  • Strong leadership,organizational, and communication skill required
  • Strong negotiation and problem solving skill
