Senior Business Development Officer (Team Lead Role Recommended)

Location: Kerala

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Officer to lead our sales initiatives and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ERP, CRM, and Digital Marketing, with proven experience in client acquisition, team coordination, and strategy implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the business development team
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams for seamless project execution
  • Present business proposals and negotiate with clients

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Business Development
  • Hands-on experience in ERP, CRM, and Digital Marketing
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Ability to handle end-to-end sales cycle
  • Immediate joiners preferred
  • Male candidates only
