• As a Scrum Master, your role will be pivotal in fostering a collaborative and efficient environment for the team. You will be responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments that may hinder the team's progress, and ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and values. Your role will also involve promoting continuous improvement and helping the team maintain a high level of performance. You will act as a servant-leader, fostering an environment where team members feel empowered and supported in their roles. Your goal will be to ensure that the team delivers high-quality, 'best in class' solutions in alignment with our mission and customer expectations. Your expertise in Scrum methodologies will be instrumental in driving our team towards achieving its goals and objectives.

Your key responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies: Collaborate closely with all team members to maintain a healthy, prioritized product backlog and ensure that Tribe and Squad goals are understood by everyone in the Squad.
• Improve Squad Efficiency: Continuously help the Squad to enhance their incremental delivery of value to clients and stakeholders. Identify inefficiencies in the Squad operation and proactively remove impediments to the Squad's progress.
• Promote Agile Mindset: Live and promote an agile mindset and culture within the Tribe. Act as a coach and facilitator within the team for self-organisation and cross-functionality. Deliver agile trainings within your Squads on demand.
• Create Safe Environments: Create psychologically safe environments for teams, enabling them to own their outcomes, surface dependencies & risks and escalate in a timely manner.
• Scrum Master for Multiple Squads: Act as the Scrum Master for multiple of our AI Squads, both being cross-functional agile teams working on implementing AI.

Your skills and experience

• Agile Methodologies: Proficiency in agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban, with practical experience in a Spotify agile environment.
• Scrum Master Experience: Proven experience as a Scrum Master for one or more Scrum teams.
• Organizational and Communication Skills: Ability to structure and manage workload effectively, with strong communication and conflict management skills.
• Coaching and Motivation: Experience in coaching team members for continuous improvement, with strong motivational skills.
• Teamwork: Exceptional team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders of diverse backgrounds and seniority levels.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German is a plus.
• Agile Certification: Agile scrum master certification is desired.
