**Your key responsibilities**
- Facilitate all Scrum events such as Sprint Planning, Sprint Demos, Retrospectives and daily standups
- Face of between the development team and product owner group
- Keep the status and progress of stories up to date in JIRA.
- Produce sprint and release progress / status reports as required for senior stakeholders, project working groups and steering committees.
- Maintain Risk and Issues logs and work with the product owner group to feed in new stories that arise from issues or risks into the product backlog
- Project and Programme Managers
- Business Subject Matter Experts.
- Business Stakeholders and Auditors (internal/External)
- All levels of Global Technology

**Your skills and experience**
- 8+ years experience in IT industry
- SaFe Agilist 4.5 certified or knowledge / experience in Safe Agile framework.
- Knowledge of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.
- Good skills to coach team how to follow agile scrum, which really works.
- Scrum Certification (CSM) is must, Strong knowledge of Scrum theory, rules and practices
- Utilize agile methods in a flexible manner that often includes project management, adapting to the specific needs of the organization (which can include hard deadlines/fixed dates at times), and creative problem solving
- Track and report key metrics to provide continual measurement of progress and deliver relevant feedback to the organization
- Effectively plan go-live and deployment activities and manage their execution
- Coordinate the participation of different tech and business groups in requirements gathering, specifications, design, development, and implementation of key projects
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and vision to help guide our teams in the product development process
- Facilitate the creation of a well-defined Project Backlog and Project Plans
- Continue development of project management best practices and ensure standard processes and documentation are in place
- Identify strengths and areas for process improvement, establishing links between business strategies and improvement initiatives
- Challenge, coach, and guide the organization using agile and LeSS principles
- Work effectively with cross-functional teams to drive the correct project outcomes in the desired time frames
