ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly driven and result - oriented Sales Professional with proven experience in IT Staffing Sales. The ideal candidate should be a closer " someone who thrives on targets, new client acquisition and revenue generation". This role is not for business development support or relationship nurturing;it's for an aggressive salesperson who can bring in business, convert leads and build long-term profitable partnerships with clients in the IT Staffing Industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Generate new business by identifying, prospecting and closing staffing sales opportunities across IT clients ( Domestic ).
  • Own the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Building strong relationships with hiring managers, HR heads and decision makers in client organizations.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing and terms to maximize profitability.
  • Collaborate with recruitment delivery teams to ensure timely and quality candidate fulfillment.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools and provide accurate revenue forecasts.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, client demands and competitive landscapes.
  • Represent the company at industry events, client meetings and networking sessions.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas consistently.

REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

  • Proven track record of hardcore IT staffing sales not limited to BD or relationship management.
  • Strong experience in client acquisition and key account management in IT recruitment.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation and closing skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate revenue for the company.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, lead generation platforms and MS office.
  • Ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast paced environment.

PREFERRED CANDIDATE

  • Candidates from staffing firms or consulting companies with a focus on IT& Technology hiring.
  • Experience in handling Domestic clients.
