IT Staffing Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly driven and result - oriented Sales Professional with proven experience in IT Staffing Sales. The ideal candidate should be a closer " someone who thrives on targets, new client acquisition and revenue generation". This role is not for business development support or relationship nurturing;it's for an aggressive salesperson who can bring in business, convert leads and build long-term profitable partnerships with clients in the IT Staffing Industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate new business by identifying, prospecting and closing staffing sales opportunities across IT clients ( Domestic ).
- Own the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Building strong relationships with hiring managers, HR heads and decision makers in client organizations.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing and terms to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with recruitment delivery teams to ensure timely and quality candidate fulfillment.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools and provide accurate revenue forecasts.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, client demands and competitive landscapes.
- Represent the company at industry events, client meetings and networking sessions.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas consistently.
REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
- Proven track record of hardcore IT staffing sales not limited to BD or relationship management.
- Strong experience in client acquisition and key account management in IT recruitment.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation and closing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to generate revenue for the company.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, lead generation platforms and MS office.
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast paced environment.
PREFERRED CANDIDATE
- Candidates from staffing firms or consulting companies with a focus on IT& Technology hiring.
- Experience in handling Domestic clients.
