Buildskill is a trusted home improvement and tools brand committed to excellence in operations and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a stable and experienced Warehouse Executive to join our Bengaluru team and lead efficient warehouse operations.

What You'll Do

  • Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including goods receiving, storage, dispatch, and inventory management with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Handle warehouse invoicing processes and maintain proper documentation—experience with invoices is mandatory.
  • Supervise warehouse staff, ensuring productivity, safety, and compliance with company standards.
  • Maintain strict control on goods movement and stock levels to prevent discrepancies and loss.
  • Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to streamline workflow and delivery schedules.
  • Prepare reports and maintain records to support inventory audits and compliance.
  • Apply problem-solving skills to handle operational challenges proactively.
  • Ensure communication fluency in Kannada (spoken mandatory; reading/writing a plus), Hindi (mandatory spoken), and English (mandatory spoken).
  • Operate or manage a two-wheeler for efficient warehouse commuting.
  • Preferably reside within 30-40 minutes of the warehouse location to ensure reliability and punctuality.
  • Report directly to the Warehouse Manager and support team goals.

Who You Are

  • Proven stable work history with a minimum 3 years in warehouse operations or similar roles.
  • Strong supervisory skills with experience managing warehouse workers.
  • Fluent in Kannada, Hindi, and English (spoken communication).
  • Skilled in warehouse invoicing and goods management.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive in process improvements.
  • Possess or willing to maintain a two-wheeler for warehouse commuting.
  • Reliable, collaborative, with a commitment to long-term growth at Buildskill.
