Operations Executive– Account Management

We are seeking a motivated Operations professional to support the Sales and Client Servicing Team. The Operations Executive will ensure smooth operational activities, align with organizational goals, and maintain effective communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Support:
· Assist in planning and executing operational activities.
· Coordinate schedules, logistics, and resources for timely project completion.
· Maintain workflows and monitor daily activities for efficiency.

Process Improvement:
·
Identify and implement operational enhancements.
· Track performance metrics and suggest adjustments.
3. Cross-Department Collaboration:
·
Facilitate communication between departments (HR, Finance, Marketing, Sales).
4. Scheduling and Coordination:
·
Organize meetings and events related to operations.
· Coordinate schedules, including travel arrangements.
5. Data Entry and Reporting:
·
Maintain records of operational activities.
· Prepare reports for operational performance analysis.
6. Vendor and Supplier Relations:
·
Manage relationships with vendors for timely deliveries and compliance.
7. Problem Solving:
·
Address operational challenges efficiently.
· Support during emergencies or operational crises.
Essential Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
Experience:
Experience in process improvement or vendor management is a plus.
Skills:
·
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
· Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
· Adaptable in a fast-paced environment with a customer service orientation.
