Role Overview: As a Sales Executive in the rapidly growing organization, you will be a key member of the offline sales team. Your main responsibilities will involve generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales deals through outbound calls or in-person interactions. Collaboration with the Field Sales Team will be essential to ensure successful deal closures, handle negotiations, and effectively overcome objections. Key Responsibilities: - Initiate outbound calls to potential customers - Follow up on inquiries via calls, emails, and messages - Qualify leads based on predefined criteria - Schedule appointments and meetings for the Field Sales Team - Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system - Collaborate with Marketing & Sales teams to enhance lead conversion rates - Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong ability to build rapport with prospects over the phone - Efficient lead management abilities - Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Adaptability to a fast-paced sales environment - Familiarity with CRM tools - Previous experience in BPO, Banking, or EdTech industries preferred If you are a motivated and results-oriented individual with a passion for sales, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity to contribute to our organization's growth and success.,
