Role Overview

We're looking for a visionary CTO to join as a 
founding team member
 and lead our technology strategy, architecture, and product execution. This role is ideal for someone who's passionate about mentoring, building scalable platforms, and shaping the future of tech learning.

 
Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the technical vision, roadmap, and architecture for the platform.
  • Build scalable systems for onboarding, course delivery, project tracking, and certification.
  • Recruit and manage a high-performing tech team (full-time + interns).
  • Oversee AI/ML integration for smart learning, progress tracking, and career matching.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and business leads to align tech with growth strategies.
  • Ensure robust security, data privacy, and cloud infrastructure standards.
  • Contribute to product innovation and mentor learners on live projects.
  • Represent the company in technical discussions with investors, partners, and clients.

 
Key Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in a tech leadership role or as a full-stack architect.
  • Strong expertise in one or more of: MERN / MEAN Stack, Python, , Flutter, or similar.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML, data pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
  • Experience in building scalable SaaS products or EdTech/HRTech platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
  • Passion for mentoring, training, or education is highly preferred.
  • Startup mindset – hands-on, self-driven, and vision-oriented.
