*Job Description:*

As a Project/Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless execution of projects and programs across our marketplace channels. Your primary responsibility will be to track and follow up on various reports, including product listing, PLA activation, PNL reports, and channel-wise performance reports. You will work closely with our channel managers to consolidate requirements, build tools and systems, and implement processes to enable future growth.

*Key Responsibilities:*

  • Manage the pull and push of reports from marketplace channel managers, ensuring timely and accurate data.

  • Track product listing and PLA activation, following up with channel managers to ensure compliance.

  • Report directly to the CEO on PNL reports, PLA reports, and channel-wise performance reports.

  • Bridge the gap between channel managers and top management, consolidating requirements and building tools and systems for future scale.

  • Develop and implement processes to enable business growth and scalability.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

*Requirements:*

  • Retail planning background with experience in managing programs and projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proven track record of working in a start-up environment and growing into leadership roles.

  • Excellent project management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to grow into a Chief of Staff role and contribute to the company's strategic growth.
