About the Business

The Aditya Birla Group (ABG) has entered the Cables & Wires (C&W) industry, expanding its leadership in the construction and infrastructure solutions ecosystem. With a committed investment of 1,800 crore over two years, ABG is setting up a world-class manufacturing plant near Bharuch, Gujarat, expected to commence production by December 2026.

This new business complements ABG's strong presence in Cement, Aluminium, Copper, and Paints and reflects its vision to become a complete construction solutions provider.

Job Purpose

To support and execute the talent acquisition strategy for ABG's Cables & Wires business, ensuring timely hiring of high-quality talent across Manufacturing, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, Commercial, Technical, and Corporate functions.

The role involves building scalable recruitment processes, employer branding initiatives, and a strong talent pipeline for rapid business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Drive large-scale project-based hiring (300–400+ positions) across functions.

Lead campus hiring programs.

Implement digital hiring solutions and recruitment analytics.

Build and manage employer branding and social media presence.

Design and deliver onboarding and induction frameworks.

Partner with stakeholders to ensure workforce readiness aligned to business timelines.

Ideal Candidate Profile

5–7 years of experience in manufacturing, project, or volume hiring.

Hands-on experience with campus hiring and digital recruitment tools.

Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.

Data-driven approach and familiarity with HR technology.

Enthusiasm for building a new business and employer brand from inception.
