Position SummaryWe are looking for a proactiveand detail -oriented Sales Support Lead to drive the effectiveness of ourcommercial operations. In this role, you will power our sales engine bymanaging core processes, enabling scale, and integrating sales technologyacross business units. This position is critical to ensuring seamlessexecution and supporting ongoing commercial growth.Please note: This role requires working in Pacific Standard Time (PST) schedules and American English is mandatory — verbal andwritten fluency Key Responsibilities: Design and implement arobust sales tech stack (CRM, dashboards, automation) to enhance productivityServe as the inside salesengine: qualify leads, run outreach campaigns, and support pipeline developmentCoordinate with brokers,distributors, and partners by sharing updates and tracking performanceManage the full orderlifecycle from booking to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillmentPartner with finance totrack payments, manage receivables, and support collectionsMaintain and distributeup -to -date sales enablement materials such as product brochures, decks, andpricing sheetsGenerate insights fromCRM data and feedback loops to inform decision -making and improve salesstrategyCollaboratecross -functionally across logistics, finance, marketing, and supply chain teams What You Bring:Bachelor's degree inBusiness Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years'experience in sales operations, commercial support, or revenue enablement,preferably within manufacturing or B2B sectorsProven ability to manageend -to -end sales processes, streamline order workflows, and solve operationalissuesExperience supportingmulti -channel sales teams and working in a cross -functional environmentStrong analytical andproblem -solving skills with a focus on root -cause analysis and continuousimprovementComfortable operating ina fast -paced, high -growth setting with the ability to scale operational supportProficiency with toolssuch as Zoho CRM, ZoomInfo, and OutreachRequired to work in PSTschedulesAmerican English is mandatory (verbal and written fluency expected)
