Role & responsibilities

  • To drive the Sales of printers for Control Point in a particular assigned territory.
  • To operate out of the Branch Office or work as Resident Sales Engineer.
  • Drive Sales for Area assigned and to focus on the IB business for respective sale.
  • Ensure Training /Seminars for Customers on the existing as well as new products and any new features.
  • Ensure regular visits to the Medium or large size customer accounts.
  • Working on competitors accounts and converting them to CPL account.
  • Ensure repeat orders.
  • Send Daily, weekly and monthly report to Reporting Manager.
  • To operate out of a resident location, if required and take ownership of the resident location in terms of all sales activities.
  • Payment Collection as per agreed PO Terms.
  • Ensure territory coverage/scanning/visits.
  • Ensure optimal utilization of existing resources and proper tour planning.
  • Fulfil the assigned sales target in terms of the nos. of printers booked/the sectors covered/the target industries reached/the territory coverage done/Price realization achieved/customer satisfaction level achieved/ timely collections of printer over dues.
  • Ensure after sales support and help in installation process Regulatory and Statutory Compliance updating to be done on regular basis.
  • Update Product, Market and competitor knowledge from time to time.
