Medhavi Foundation is the sponsoring body of Medhavi Skills University, Sikkim. It is registered as a not-for-profit organization under Section 25 of the Indian Companies Act, 1956. To achieve its mission, Medhavi Foundation has partnered with the National Skill Development Corporation, multiple corporates, and various State Skill Missions. By 2025, it has successfully skilled, trained, and created employment opportunities for over 5 lakh youth across India.

About Medhavi Skills University

Medhavi Skills University (MSU) is a government-notified private skills university established under a State Act in Sikkim, dedicated to promoting quality skill education and entrepreneurship integrated with higher education. As a pioneering institution in the convergence of the skilling ecosystem with higher education, MSU aligns with the National Education Policy, 2020 (NEP Recognized by the UGC and established in 2021, MSU collaborates with industries and Skill Development Institutes to offer work-integrated courses, embedding on-the-job internships and training within the curriculum. Role Overview:

The Executive/Sr. Executive - Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for mid to senior-level positions across the university's academic, administrative, and corporate functions. The role demands strong networking, talent mapping, and stakeholder management skills to attract, evaluate, and onboard high-caliber talent aligned with the university's vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand manpower requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through multiple channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, headhunting).
• Manage the full recruitment cycle – job posting, shortlisting, interview coordination, feedback collection, and closure.
• Release offer letters, ensure candidate acceptance, and coordinate onboarding formalities.
• Build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline for critical and niche roles.
• Conduct market research and talent mapping to support workforce planning.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, dashboards, and compliance with institutional policies.
• Enhance candidate experience while promoting Medhavi Skills University's employer brand.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
• Minimum 4 years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably in higher education, skill development, or service industries.
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools, job portals, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
