Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecaller Sales position located in Navi Mumbai. The Telecaller Sales professional will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Labridge's services, following up on leads, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional tasks include managing inquiries, providing information, and closing sales deals. The professional will work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
Qualifications
- Effective communication and listening skills
- Proficiency in handling client inquiries and resolving issues
- Sales and negotiation skills
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Customer service and relationship management skills
