Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Construction Project Manager to be based in New Delhi/Gurgaon. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing construction projects from inception to completion.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Budgeting, scheduling, and overseeing daily construction activities
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
  • Liaising with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
  • Managing both construction project management and overall project coordination duties

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years' experience managing large-scale construction projects
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Strong skills in project management and project coordination
  • Ability to lead and coordinate contractors, consultants, site supervisors, and team members
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of construction processes, safety requirements, and regulatory compliance
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities
  • Capability to quickly resolve site issues to keep projects on track
  • Commitment to fostering a positive, collaborative, and performance-driven team culture
  • Qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred
  • Ability to work effectively on-site in New Delhi/NCR
