Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Construction Project Manager to be based in New Delhi/Gurgaon. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing construction projects from inception to completion.
Key responsibilities include:
- Budgeting, scheduling, and overseeing daily construction activities
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Liaising with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
- Managing both construction project management and overall project coordination duties
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience managing large-scale construction projects
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Strong skills in project management and project coordination
- Ability to lead and coordinate contractors, consultants, site supervisors, and team members
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of construction processes, safety requirements, and regulatory compliance
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities
- Capability to quickly resolve site issues to keep projects on track
- Commitment to fostering a positive, collaborative, and performance-driven team culture
- Qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Ability to work effectively on-site in New Delhi/NCR
