Your Role

  • As a Microsoft Copilot Studio Senior Engineer with over 10 years of experience, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of sophisticated AI assistants using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
  • This role demands deep technical expertise in integrating Copilot Studio with the Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Azure and enterprise applications.
  • You will be responsible for building advanced AI features that are secure, scalable, and high performing.
  • In addition to hands-on development, you will mentor junior engineers, contribute to architectural decisions, and help establish best practices for AI agent development across the organization.

Your Profile

  • 10+ years of experience in Conversational AI development, with significant hands-on experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio.
  • Proficiency in building custom connectors and actions within Power Platform or Logic Apps.
  • Proven hands on experience in creating solutions leveraging Power automate, Python and low code tech stack.
  • Deep hands-on expertise with Microsoft Azure AI services, including Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Agent Service, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and Semantic Kernel.
  • Strong understanding of Power Platform integration (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse).
  • Experience with enterprise data connectivity, including Microsoft Graph connectors.
