Product Marketing Analyst

About the Role
We're looking for a Product Marketing Analyst to join 's Product Marketing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape positioning, competitive strategy, and go-to-market execution for our integrated strategy execution platform that helps organizations align OKRs, manage performance, and execute strategic initiatives.You'll be working in the enterprise B2B SaaS space, competing against established players across multiple categories and driving product adoption.
What You'll Do
Product Positioning & Messaging
- Develop compelling product positioning that differentiates across our product portfolio
- Craft messaging frameworks, value propositions, and narrative arcs for different buyer personas (HR leaders, Operations executives, PMO directors, IT decision-makers, C-suite)
- Translate complex product capabilities (OKR frameworks, performance reviews, portfolio management) into customer-centric benefits
- Create sales enablement materials including pitch decks, one-pagers, demo scripts, ROI calculators, and use case documentation
- Maintain and evolve our product positioning as we expand into new categories and markets
Competitive Intelligence & Market Analysis
- Conduct in-depth competitive research and analysis across OKR software, performance management, and PPM vendors, synthesizing findings into actionable insights for Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
- Build and maintain competitive battle cards and feature comparison matrices across multiple product categories
- Monitor market trends, analyst reports (Gartner, Forrester), and emerging competitive threats in the strategy execution and enterprise planning space
- Support enterprise sales opportunities with customized competitive benchmarking and positioning materials
- Track competitive product updates, pricing changes, and market positioning shifts
Demand Generation & Campaign Support
- Support paid marketing campaigns by developing ad copy, landing page content, and conversion-focused messaging
- Analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, conversion rates, CAC) and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization
- Collaborate with Marketing on content strategy for enterprise B2B audiences across multiple channels
- Develop customer segmentation and targeting strategies based on firmographics, use cases, and buying behavior
Customer Insights & Market Research
- Conduct customer interviews and surveys to understand pain points, buying criteria, and product satisfaction
- Analyze win/loss data to identify patterns and improve messaging, positioning, and product strategy
- Synthesize customer feedback into actionable product and GTM recommendations
- Track and report on key B2B SaaS metrics appropriate for enterprise contexts
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Product teams to influence roadmap priorities based on market insights and competitive intelligence
- Enable Sales teams with training, pitch materials, objection handling guides, and competitive intelligence
- Work with Customer Success to develop adoption playbooks and expansion messaging
- Coordinate with Marketing on integrated campaigns and content calendars
- Support new product launches and feature releases with comprehensive GTM plans
What You'll Bring
Required Qualifications
- 1-5 years of experience in product marketing, competitive intelligence, market research, or related roles (ideally in B2B SaaS)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to craft compelling narratives for different audiences
- Experience with competitive analysis frameworks and tools
- Understanding of enterprise B2B sales cycles and buyer personas
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in HR tech, performance management, OKR software, project management, or enterprise productivity tools
- Familiarity with product marketing frameworks (positioning canvases, messaging hierarchies, GTM planning)
- Background in working with or supporting enterprise sales teams
- Experience analyzing B2B marketing metrics and campaign performance
- Exposure to analyst relations (Gartner, Forrester) or industry research
- Understanding of AI/ML trends and their application in enterprise software
