Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketing Manager based in Madurai. The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing online advertising campaigns across various digital platforms. Key responsibilities include analyzing campaign performance data, managing budgets, tracking ROI, and increasing user engagement. The role also involves coordinating with the creative team to develop compelling ad content and strategies to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Performance Marketing, Digital Advertising, and paid media channels, including Google Ads and social media platforms.
  • Experience in Data Analytics, Campaign Management, and optimizing online advertising strategies based on performance metrics.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media strategy with a proven ability to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Strong skills in Budget Management, ROI analysis, and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.
  • Good understanding of healthcare marketing is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
