Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager with at least 3 years in a TPM role to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background, strong product management experience, and the ability to collaborate with both engineering and business teams. This role requires proficiency in designing product flows, working closely with the architectural team, and demonstrating a deep understanding of technical approaches and workflows.

The candidate must also be skilled in documentation and capable of communicating complex technical concepts effectively.

Must Have Skills:

· Minimum 3 years of experience as a Technical Product Manager or in a similar role within a tech-driven environment.

· Proven ability to work on design flows and collaborate with architectural teams to define product approaches and flows.

· Demonstrated technical knowledge of product design and development processes.

· Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).

· Experience with product management tools like JIRA and Confluence.

· Strong documentation skills to guide technical and product-related processes.

Good to Have Skills:

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

· Excellent communication skills, able to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.

· Ability to lead cross-functional teams, ensuring the successful delivery of products.

· Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Roles and Responsibilities: Product Strategy & Vision:

· Develop and articulate a clear product vision that aligns with company goals and market opportunities.

· Define and prioritize product features, technical requirements, and enhancements based on customer needs and competitive analysis. Technical Expertise & Leadership:

· Leverage technical knowledge to guide the product development process, ensuring alignment with product requirements and business objectives.

· Collaborate with the architectural team to design technical approaches and product flows.

· Provide technical leadership throughout the product lifecycle. Roadmap & Planning:

· Create and maintain a product roadmap, outlining milestones and deliverables.

· Prioritize features based on business value, technical complexity, and resources. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

· Work with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure smooth product development and launch.

· Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Requirements Gathering & Analysis:

· Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders, translating them into detailed product specifications and user stories.

· Develop use cases, functional requirements, and comprehensive documentation to support product development efforts. Product Development & Delivery:

· Oversee the full product development lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

· Manage risks and implement mitigation strategies to address issues. User Experience & Customer Focus:

· Advocate for end users, ensuring high standards of usability and user experience.

· Conduct user research and usability testing, incorporating feedback into product improvements
