MedPlus Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd is seeking enthusiastic and experienced Insurance Sales Executives to promote health/medical insurance products directly from our high-footfall pharmacy stores across Hyderabad.

Designation: Senior Executive- Insurance Sales

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Promote and sell insurance products.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.
  • Build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships.
  • Business Development.
  • Execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team business targets.
  • Engage with walk-in customers at MedPlus pharmacy stores, ensuring effective in-store conversions.

JOB SPECIFICATION:

  • Qualification: Applicants should hold a Graduation degree and possess 3-4 years of Insurance sales expertise.
  • Language Proficiency: Telugu, English,Hindi
  • Male candidates preferred.
  • Initial Work Location : Work across different store locations (rotation once a month) in Hyderabad to maximize outreach and sales opportunities.
