We looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our unique handcrafted resin products and custom creations. You will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales both online and offline.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and convert them into sales through calls, meetings, and online inquiries.
  • Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products or customization options.
  • Manage order follow-ups and ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with the production team for custom orders and client requirements.
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers for repeat business.
  • Participate in exhibitions, pop-up events, and promotional activities.
  • Assist in basic social media promotions and product showcasing.
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales or customer service experience (preferably in crafts, gifting, or home décor industry).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Passion for handmade and creative products.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
