Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Mumbai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include identifying market opportunities, providing training and support to the sales team, and collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Proven experience in sales management and developing sales strategies
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proficiency in market analysis and identifying business opportunities
- Experience with CRM software and other sales tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
