About The Opportunity
We are hiring an experienced HR professional to join a busy hospital team, handling TPA relationships, managing incoming stakeholder and patient mail queries, and supporting NABH documentation and process tasks. This is a high-impact operational HR role for candidates who thrive in fast-paced clinical environments and want direct ownership of HR-TPA workflows and compliance support.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison with TPAs: manage communication, follow up on claim status, escalate unresolved cases, and maintain TPA logs and SLAs.
- Manage all inbound and outbound email queries related to HR, patient claims, and vendor/TPA communications; ensure timely, professional responses and accurate record-keeping.
- Support NABH accreditation activities by preparing and maintaining required documentation, tracking corrective actions, and coordinating with clinical and administrative departments for evidence collection.
- Coordinate patient admissions and discharge-related HR/TPA documentation, verify authorization/entitlements, and assist billing/claims teams to reduce denials and turnaround time.
- Maintain HR records and update HRIS with onboarding, exit, attendance, and TPA-related notes; generate routine reports for leadership and compliance audits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (billing, nursing, OPD, admin) to close outstanding queries and implement process improvements that enhance TPA turnaround and patient experience.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Proven experience in hospital HR operations with direct TPA coordination responsibilities
- Working knowledge of NABH documentation requirements and basic accreditation processes
- Proficiency in MS Outlook and email-based stakeholder management
- Familiarity with HRIS systems for record-keeping and reporting
- Experience handling TPA claims processing and tracking
- Strong organisational skills with attention to compliance and audit readiness
Preferred
- Experience in a multi-speciality hospital environment
- Exposure to hospital billing or medical records workflows
- Prior involvement in NABH audits or accreditation support
