We're Hiring: Technical Support Manager (6-10 yrs) Education B.E./B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field.
Were looking for a Technical Support Manager with solid hands-on experience in application support, APIs, databases, and system monitoring someone who can lead the ops vertical and keep things running smoothly, no matter what.
What You'll Do:
- Lead the application support team and oversee daily operations
- Be the go-to person for escalations and critical issues
- Ensure SLAs are met including after-hours support when needed
- Monitor enterprise applications, respond to incidents, and resolve issues fast
- Perform RCA and drive permanent fixes
- Strong command over APIs testing , databases (SQL), logs, and troubleshooting
- Work with logs, database queries, and infrastructure to maintain stability
- Coordinate releases, patches, and upgrades
- Keep internal documentation and knowledge bases updated
- Support Dev/Infra teams during escalations
- Participate in on-call support rotation
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
- Tech Stack & Tools We Use:
- Monitoring & Logging: Kibana, Grafana, AppDynamics, Prometheus, Zabbix, Dynatrace
- Version Control: GitHub
- General Skills: System troubleshooting, alerting, DevOps & QA collaboration
